Gale's Secret Recipe for The Pasadena Rosé Cocktail

Fall is upon us, and it’s officially October! To embrace the cooler season (or, to beat the heat with some “Rosé and Chill” energy), Gale’s Restaurant has created a special Pasadena Rosé Cocktail by blending great flavors from Gin, St. Germaine and your choice of chilled Rosé. For the first time ever, Gale is sharing the secret recipe!

The Pasadena Rosé Cocktail

  • 2 oz. Rosé wine (we prefer Angli e Rosé)

  • 1.5 oz. Gin

  • .75 oz. St. Germaine

  • .5 oz. Lemon Juice

  • .5 oz. Grapefruit Juice

  • .25 oz. Grenadine

  • Basil Leaves (or garnish)

Add all cocktail ingredients in a shaker filled with ice.

Shake vigorously, and strain over a glass filled with fresh ice.

Garnish with basil leaves.
